Contact us promptly with the order reference, photos, quantity affected and a description of the issue. We review the claim against the confirmed material, size, printing, quantity and packing specification.

Approved resolution

Depending on the confirmed order terms and the review result, the resolution may include replacement, correction, credit or refund. No return shipment should be arranged before our team confirms the process.
